ACENet FAQ

While trying to upgrade the firmware on a single ACENet device it repeatedly fails. This ACENet device also happens to be the conductor (denoted by the green star next to the device in the Telestra web interface). There are several ACENet devices attached to a Telestra server while no project is currently running. What is wrong?

This is a known software bug that will be fixed in a later software release. The temporary solution is to install a project on the Telestra server that uses one or more of the connected ACENet channels. Perform the firmware upgrade after installing the project.
