Improvements
- Telestra web interface: on Hardware, updates the Ashly Amps settings to display attenuation instead of gain values.
- Telestra web interface: in the sidebar, displays a warning icon next to Health when Telestra detects a health issue.
- Telestra web interface: removes the "IP:" prefix from server addresses in the Radio Monitor table.
- Telestra web interface: updates the Dashboard to display swap percent usage in the same color as memory usage.

Fixes
- Telestra web interface: displays the current software maintenance expiration date on Licenses when the user installs multiple licenses.

- Telestra server: resolves an issue where
tsr2wav produced incorrect output when users converted .tsr files at 8 and 16 kHz sample rates.
