There is no audio coming from the ACENet device. What should I check? (Telestra)

Possible solutions:

  1. Check the RMS Health System for errors.
  2. Check all network cabling. Is the ACENet connected to Eth1 port on the Target?
  3. Ensure that the power connectors are attatched securely to the ACENet device.
  4. Check the software model:
    • Has the model crashed?
    • Has the project install failed?
    • Is the model properly configured to produce audio?
  5. Do the devices on the network have names that match the names in the model?
  6. For ACU/ACU2 devices: Are the channel gain values too low?
  7. If 1 and 2 above are ruled out, consider creating the DRED layout to test basic functionality.
  8. Check the ACENet page in RMS.
