Fixes/Enhancements
- ARC-231 improvement: added TxFreq1 through TxFreq10, which specifies the Tx frequencies to use when in scan mode. The currently active channel at any point in time determines which Tx frequency is to be used. If the Tx frequency for a given channel is zero, then the Rx frequency is used instead.
- ARC-231 improvement: added ScanTxFrequency, which can be set to override the Tx frequency when in scan mode, regardless of whether active scanning is taking place.
- ARC-231 improvement: added ScanTxControl and TxEnable to control the ability to transmit while active scanning is taking place.
- Added support for DISA RHEL 5 STIG.
