What's New
- Telestra web interface: users can now back up, restore, and delete software licenses.
- Telestra: the radio environment now supports nonomnidirectional transmitters using Transmitter Radiation Volume (TRV).
- Telestra: adds support for the terrain server in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7.

- Telestra web interface: License Management shows the revision number, release date, and software version compatible with each license.
- Telestra web interface: improves error and warning messages for licensing, Information Assurance (IA) maintenance, high-level architecture (HLA) file management, and unprogrammed keys.
