Fixes
- Telestra server: ensures that systems with higher CPU counts include correct Interrupt Request (IRQ) settings for ACENet.
- High-level architecture (HLA): fixes a communication synchronization error that causes radios using Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP) audio to stop working after a user joins a federation.
- Studio: adds checks to prevent driving the model with invalid host data.
- Fixes other small bugs.
