- Telestra: increases security for future Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) support.
- Telestra server: adds support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8.
- Telestra web interface: rebrands the "Remote Management System" to the "Telestra web interface,” introducing a modern redesign with improved usability and new capabilities (e.g., Text to Speech, SOS Reports, project installer).

- Studio: adds support for a custom Emitter component simulating a radar warning receiver in an aircraft.
Improvements
- Telestra server: updates the general-purpose system affinity settings to dynamically allocate additional central processing units (CPUs) when available, enhancing system performance and effectively leveraging available resources.
- Telestra server: implements radio retuning with randomized offsets to distribute the load and reduce realtime peak usage spikes.
- Telestra server: disables the CPU-caching features on Q67AX and later hardware.
- Telestra server: improves ACENet synchronization by using the realtime clock for timing.
- Telestra web interface: adds a warning to the project installer, alerting users that no licenses are installed on the system.
- Telestra web interface: deprecates the project clone feature.
Fixes
- Telestra server: ensures that systems with higher CPU counts include correct Interrupt Request (IRQ) settings for ACENet.
- High-level architecture (HLA): fixes a communication synchronization error that causes radios using Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP) audio to stop working after a user joins a federation.
- Studio: adds checks to prevent driving the model with invalid host data.
- Fixes other small bugs.
