How do I share a simulated radio between two or more operators?

Each operator must have a "comm panel" object. The shared radio is inserted into each operator's panel. Each operator may independently select the radio for transmission and reception and independently control their received volume and sidetone levels.

A common requirement for a shared radio is that the sidetone from one operator should be heard by any of the other operators with the same radio set to monitor. In order to achieve this configuration the Sidetone Local mask value should be set to 00 from the default value of FF. This has the effect of forcing the model to compute the sidetone within the radio object and not locally within each comm panel.
