Tablet TOCNET CAU Client: added audio controls for headset, volume, and sidetone
Added a new Tablet Voisus App, featuring a PRC-117F radio skin, remote radio control, and compatibility with ACENet devices
Web Interface: added "Radio Type" to the Comm Plan > Roles > Show Asset Config page for use with the Tablet Voisus App
Web Interface: added enable/disable calling ability for a role
